So no one puts up a fight?

I am back with Princess Peach: Showtime! Last time, I couldn't figure out how to defeat the damn bosses. Peach just went through them like they were a ghost. Thankfully, seems like I didn't have to worry about this time.

The first play I went to this go around was a detective play. In the play, the town folk seem to be scared of something. Turns out, some bandits came to visit. I met with a junior detective, after being denied entry into the museum, he just seemed to give up. But I motivated him not to give up. We entered... I guess a home of some sort. I had to light up 4 books. I wonder what the order I had to light them up was. If only the answer was right in fucking front of me. After I lit up the books, I transformed into Detective Peach and was given entry into the museum! After struggling to find the junior detective (not really), we went into the museum! We took a look at some relics. And found out the Theepota mural had a... threatening note on it. Oooooh. Scary. Suddenly... the lights go out. And the mural is gone... or... behind a giant wall the bandits put up. Yeah I figured that out... very quickly. We find out the stone slate was slanted and we revealed a vent. So sus. On the other side of the vent was more stolen art pieces. In this case, masks of disguise. I also picked up a couple keys. So those bandits used the masks to disguise themselves. Thankfully... it was easy to figure out who was disguised. I mean a museum vendor said one of their cameras was stolen. And not even like 10 fucking feet away was a little dude holding a camera. Like... bruh. It was a little harder to find who the other disguised individual was. And by that I mean like... took like one more bit of intuition.

The keys I collected unlocked some tombs. One containing a star and another containing an officer that was trapped in there. So the bandits were tied up and now it was time to figure out what happened to the mural. Guess what, it was behind the fucking wall. Who could've seen that one coming? Next up, I entered into the Ice Skating play! So lovely and peaceful! What could go wrong? Oh yeah... I guess a couple of bandits could come in and steal... literally steal the show. It was up to Peach to find out where the other real... non bandit dancers went. If only the giant bandit costumed snowmen gave it away. Oh and the big pile of snow too. Anyways, I freed the 3 other dancers and turned into Figure Skater Peach. Who I admit was rather pretty! The real dancers all came to the ice stage and the bandits fled. That's when we put on a show. Or... I guess I did. By jumping, spinning around, and syncing up with other dancers. So lovely! But oh yeah, there's still enemies to take care of! Apparently the announcer was this big tough guy who possessed the skaters. And it was up to me to free them.

The battle with the ice demon was... well not much of a battle. I stunned the demon a couple times and freed the skaters from their curse. It was literally easy. I completed the play and it was time for the play floor boss fight. The one responsible for taking over the theater introduces us to her pet snake. Surely for a big boss, this would be a challenge. Admittedly, it did bring me down to one heart. But that's all the damage it could do as I took down the snake. Seriously, nothing can defeat me in this game. Anyways, I moved on to the third floor of the theater. And I revisited our friend Cowboy... or... Cowgirl Peach! Where a train was the threat this time. Some bandits got a hold of the train and I needed to stop it. I got on my horsey friend and chased down the train. Once on it, I got towards the front. But uh oh, the bandit knows how to disconnect the front from the rest of the cars. So I had to chase it down. Though as I was fighting it, a huge chunk of debris fell on me and I actually died. That wasn't part of the script. Anyways, on my 2nd go I did much better. I stunned the train with a barrel, ripped out a tire, made it crash through rocks, and ripped off the... top... pipe thingy. And the town is safe again!

Maybe there will be a professor Peach play because goodness these bandits need help learning how to be more threatening.
