I have decided to jump into an even more painful pit of fire and participate in more Mario 35 Continued Interest! Shall we jump right into the pain?

This weeks matches were AI generated. This weeks host told ChatGPT to create a queue of levels. And Match 1 was Bright and Shiny. Which started with everyone favorite 1-1! Which of course I had zero issue blasting through. It's 1-1. If you die here, you're a nerd. Next up was 1-3. Another staple which I easily got through! 3-1 was easy and so was 5-1. Albeit I lost my flower. 4-1, we already got Lakitu's. Joyful days. Next up was 2-1 and I was already burning through my roulette wheel. I needed to slow down on that. 7-1 was next and I wasted time trying to grab an impossible flower. And lost the one I already had in the process. Goodie. 8-1 was next. And sadly this was where my run came to an end. No more roulette spins and I was powerless. I ended that match in 9th fucking place. I almost wanted to quit right then and there.

Going into Match 2, Dark and Spooky. Which starts us out in 1-2. It's underground. It's dark. It's spooky. It's easy. I warp to 4-2 and from there warp to 8-4. I smack Bowser's butt and move to level 2-2. I swim through and move to 2-4. On my way to Bowser to smack his but and.... I short jump a 2 block wide gap and fall in the lava. Fan-fucking-tastic. That's exactly what I wanted not to do. I should've waited for Bowser's fire to pass. But no amount of should've's will take away the painful loss. Hey at least I got 8th! Logically I should get 7th my next game right? Sweet and Sour is Match 3. Easy Level, Hard Level, Easy Level, Hard Level, and so on. 1-1 once again is first up. The sweet. The sour comes in the form of 8-4. To which I can't even get to Bowser because apparently I decided to climb on top of the pipe at the end of the water section instead of actually going through it. Which causes me to get hammered in the damn face. So I don't get 7th place. I get 10th. That's what we call... a fucking downgrade.

Maybe Match 4 will be easier? Cozy and Crunchy is the name of the match. Once again I start off in 1-1. Wow that never happens. 5-3 is next, followed by 2-2. I get through 6-4 and 3-3. I leave level 8-2 with a fire in my hand. And I get through 2-1. And surprisingly through 4-4 too. Despite the tight corridors and mass loads of enemies. And in 4-4... man I tell you... I just... choke so hard it was so avoidable. I just... walked right off of a tree. Yes I got 4th which is good but I absolutely could've done better. But I was pissed that was how I went out. That was probably my best match of the night. One more match. Players choice. Also known as, I can blame the dude who picked a certain level which caused me to get out. In this case, I don't know who picked 7-2 but that's the level that caused me to get out. You never want to get into a water level with low time. It fucks you. Hard.
