You don't need to be perfect to be a superstar!

I have returned to Wii Sports Resort for the Summer of Wii Sports Extravaganza! And it is summer for real this time! So happy Summer!

I was less than 250 experience away from getting the superstar rank. So I felt pretty good about myself. I actually gained experience early in the stream so I had a good feeling that it wouldn't be so bad getting to the full 2000 experience points. I did complete another full game later on. But I only scored 188 points in the game itself. That wouldn't get me any positive experience. But only a few minutes after that, I was only 105 experience away and was less than half an hour into the stream. Not even 10 minutes later I was only 36 experience away from superstar! Oh this was so easy!

Buuuuut... of course the game doesn't let me have any fun. I start struggling... taking in way too many restarts. I did finish a game with 218 points... but that only gave me 28 points. I was still 8 away from superstar. Of course. So I keep going. My strike strategy is consistent but not enough. I finished another full game with 212 points. I was nervous... and I had every right to be. I fucking lost 10 experience. So I had to keep on bowling. Lots and lots and lots of restarts because of one or two or three or seven bad bowls. But finally... 1 minute and 48 seconds over my new estimate, I got it. I got the superstar! And I could put Bowling: Standard Game to rest... not 100 pin... for those who didn't know.

I had been streaming for over an hour but I did want to at least start a new platinum/superstar medal. The wheel gave me the Golf: Target Practice Wii Sports Platinum. Which I actually got before. So hopefully this wouldn't be so bad. Or so I thought... I'll probably get into the SWING of it again soon. But I struggled a lot even on the first 2 shots. Where there's no wind. A lot of under and way over swings.

But... just a little more time and I will get back into the SWING of it-fuck I already used that joke.
