No more easy stages.

I'm back again in Nintendo World Championships: NES Edition! I have completed... probably over half the stages in the game now. Thankfully no stages were really overly tough this go around. Some did take me a few tries but certainly weren't impossible. The stages I did spend more time on were simply because I yearned for that S rank.
The final Balloon Fight stage I played was probably the toughest of them all. Especially with the... literally floaty physics. You definitely don't want to slip even a bit or else you will face a ton of disaster. The 2 Mario Bros. 3 stages I played were not challenging. Just defeating Boom Boom and Larry Koopa. I could do that in my sleep. The Zelda 2 stage Knuckle Sandwich was on the tougher side trying to defeat the Iron Knuckle. It felt like there was... kind of a pattern? But it almost felt more like it was luck based than anything. I settled for a 10.31 time. The 2nd Zelda 2 stage was much easier. Literally digging your way down for a magic jar.
The final Mario 2 (Japan) stage was a bit interesting. I thought it would've been like... defeat Bowser in 8-4 and save the princess. No... I just had to get to the goal pole in 8-2. I think I made that stage seem harder than it needed to be but it didn't take me that long to get S rank there. The Kirby's adventure stages I played were also not too challenging. The Busting Up Bonkers stage did take me a few tries. Just simply because I was trying to go as fast as possible.
The 2 Super Mario Bros. stages I played were equally a cakewalk. "Shoo, Lakitu!" was EZPZ. I've played 4-1 a lot. The Cash Grab level was a little tougher. I made more mistakes than I should've but I got it down quickly. Got the 30 coins with an S rank 51.76 time! The Zelda 1 stages... shocker... no challenge. Though I did get pushed by the Lynel into the hole in the wall. That was humorous. "Biggest crab I ever caught hehe! It's a Gohma! You're pretty good!" In the Deadeye stage, I beat that Gohma in a record setting 1.8 seconds!... okay not record setting but pretty damn quick.
I ended up... wasting time yet again just trying to at least tie the 1.5 second world record in that stage. And I didn't get it. And now that damn Gohma will haunt me in my dreams.
