No RTAndomizer = Win

Well... I failed miserably last week in the Mario 35 Continued Interest tournament. I couldn't possibly do any worse this week... right?

I think I needed to go for some warmups this time. To help myself remember how the fuck to play this game. Seems like it's a very tree filled warmup as I get through 1-3, 5-3, and 4-3. Then it's a fishy 2-3 and 7-3. But that's where my warmup ends as I fail to jump off the small bridge containing the item block... well I do. But my jump button didn't work. Will this warm up help? Let's find out in round 1, Get Off My Lawn! Well damn no need to be aggressive. Anyways, I get through 1-1 and 1-2. I warp to 2-1 and pound my way through that. In 4-2, I warp to 8-1. And then ride down the flag to 6-2. I pound through the Koopa's in 3-2 and it's back to 8-1. I beat it before and I beat it again to go back to 1-1. Back to 1-2 and back to 2-1. I don't think this is a big queue. It seems like it has a quick loop because I'm back to 4-2 where I warp to 8-1. Unfortunately I time out there and my run comes to an end. Not before having finished 4th place. Well hey... I'm already on the leaderboard this week! HUZZAH! So now it's stress free headed to the Gauntlet of Explosive. Bullet Bills galore! Well... not in 1-1. Or 2-1. Or 7-1... wait there is bills in 7-1. A lot of them. So many that this level gives me severe PTSD. And sadly it was game over when I came across a group of Hammer Bros that gang up on me... huh? what do you mean I got past them? Huh... well... I think that was a fluke as I would end up getting my ass bitten off by a plant in 5-1. Finishing 8th place this time. Yeah that's more like it. Will I get stupidly lucky in Nature Reclaims The Land? Well I don't have to worry about any stress in 1-1, 2-1, or 6-2. I reclaim my revenge in 5-1 and swim and burn the fishies in 2-2. Back to 2-1 and 6-2 and 5-1 again. Back to 2-1 again? Nope. 8-1. I get a lucky roll to give me a flower and it's off to level 1-2 where I warp to 2-1. I get rich there once again and it's off to 6-2.... again... this queue loves 2-1, 6-2, 5-1, and 1-2. I say that and yet it's off to 3-2. Wow a different level? And 7-2? And 1-3? What happened to looping???

Well I'll never know if I can loop again because a mistimed roulette spin stops me from jumping to the next tree and I just... fall... someone must've died just RIGHT before I did since I finished in 5th place. Oof... poor DarkStar. Just missed top 5 by fucking frames. A Link Between Worlds is match number 4. As per usual we see our friends. 1-1, 2-1, 6-2, and 8-1. In 4-2, I warp back to 2-1. And it's off to 5-2. Those Hammer Bros mean nothing. I get through 5-1. Even 7-1. Wait I can beat 7-1? 1-1 and 2-1 are no sweat. 6-2 is taken care of. In 8-1, I time out once again. Not before finishing 4th place. Finishing myself off with 10 points going into the Player's Choice. What? Double digit points? In this economy? This Player's Choice starts with 2-2. Well that's just evil. 1-2 is next. That's nicer. I warp down to 5-1 and take down the Lakitu's in 4-1! Then it's off to 8-4. Why would you do that? I take Bowser down and now it's 8-3. Wow... people are so nice. Then it's 7-3. Wow. Do people want me to suffer. I guess so. I had no roulette spins and there was a big gang of Hammer Bros on the bridge... so I was like... yep... fuck this. I had double digit points this week. I was content! It was a successful week for me! I finished 6th place overall this week out of 8. You know what? Compared to other weeks, it was considerably better! And now it's time for the Junior Championship! Starting with... you guessed it... 1-1! The trees of 1-3, 5-3 ,and 4-3 follow. Just like the warmup earlier in the stream. What wasn't like the warmup was a bad bounce off a koopa at the end of the level and down into the pit. Ah well. I finished 3rd overall. Of 5 of us. But... 3rd is 3rd. NoTM3 would take the Junior Championship plus with the win of the week overall. A double crown huh.
