Post-celebration.

Once again I return to Baldi's Basics Classic Remastered. Party mode... I tell you... it's a doozy. Runs started as usual. Forgetting doors, bad items, character troubles, etc.

Being Party Mode, items are random. But there are crucial items I needed. BSODA, Energy Chocolate Bar, etc. BSODA being important so I could push Baldi back. And dare I run into playtime or the principal, my route gets messed up. I hit 7 notebooks a few times. But every time, I would run into Baldi or a character I didn't need or I had shit items. First time I hit 7, I had a tape, keys, and boots. Yeah that definitely didn't help me.

2nd time after that, I didn't make it out of the classroom. Baldi was too fast. My items were a quarter, keys, and clock. In my run after that, I had to reset at 5. The freaking bully was in my way and I had no items. Restart. I made it to 7 notebooks again. But again, Baldi was too close. And I couldn't juke him out of the classroom. In one run, I had 2 chocolate bars... and a trip to the principals office... and a visit by playtime... too much was going wrong. I had to restart again.

I was about two thirds into the stream. My chances of success were growing dimmer and dimmer. I had collected 7 notebooks again. I didn't have many good items. I did have a teleporter. Which I did use after Baldi got way too close. And I collected a chocolate bar. I reached 2 exits and Baldi was far... was... was there a chance? There was no playtime... no first prize... no principal... no Baldi in sight. All that remained... was a trip... to the cafeteria doors. No one was around... I made my way to the doors... and claimed victory.

Baldi's Birthday... was over. I rode the lift... and blew out the candle. And now... post party. 2 new entrances opened. And what followed was a labyrinth of... absolute confusement. 2 more notebooks to collect... weird looking balloons... knowing... not where to go. After I found the room where I had to report how many balloons there were. I went around counting each balloon, and when I inputted the numbers... nothing. Nothing happened.

I was worried I miscounted. I checked my numbers again, they added to the same amounts. Thankfully, I only missed one purple balloon. When I clicked the button for... the purple balloon, I got Baldi saying... WOW!... and then I missed the new opening in that same room. I went around... bumbling about... waiting for something to happen. I went back to the report room and saw the opening. And when I went in... oh... oh everything just got... so damn... freaky.

A circle of chairs... corrupted noises... room chunks disappearing... corrupted balloons... the ability to go out of bounds... you would not see this in an edutainment game. Over the next few minutes, everything started to get more and more corrupted. More chunks started disappearing. More corrupted balloons started swarming like they were flies. My speed rose up to 11. And then... I won.

I ended the stream checking out the Lights Out mode. It's exactly what it sounded like. The schoolhouse... in the dark. Combining it with free run mode definitely made things even more spoopy. Overall... it was a successful stream. And Baldi's Birthday... is finally over. No more party hats! HUZZAH!
