there's a reasonable time to be mad.

oh i have so always wanted to scream at people lmao! i am very entitled as i check out karen: an outrage simulator!

our friendly karen starts her day looing for some half off chips. should be easy right? well not when the coupon expired. as i interact with these people, i will impact their confidence, indifference, and patience. along with impacting my freakout meter. yeah you fill that up and karen burns the fucking place down. thankfully because this dude is such a rookie, he just says "fuck it, i'll give you your discount"... all that for $1.40. but then again in this economy, saving that much is like saving a fortune. well this should be an easy game! so i get my sour cream chips and head to the cafe. and my goodness our karen really likes a loaded coffee. but uh-oh! our very happy go lucky barista put in the wrong milk! how dare he? totally unacceptable! refund please! and a manager too. but uh oh plot twist. this barista is the manager! le gasp! but i got a trick up my sleeve. dare he not give me a refund, and this karen will scream to her facebook friends. oh you don't want to fuck with them. that convinces him enough to give karen the refund. and our girl is successful again! hell yeah! mr. barista may be smiling but boy he does flip a good bird. after chips and coffee, it's time to relax. maxi relaxi spa for the win! what could go wrong?-yeah literally everything. apparently i have to fucking wait because the group before me came in later. so that's my fault? who's the group? a couple of bitchy old teenagers that makes our karen seem nothing to these fuckers. our "bride to be" we'll name... latrica, wants to use karen's time to continue her massage. yeah no i don't think so. oh and latrica's friend... we'll name sarah isn't any help. she's just as entitled and bitchy. apparently latrica's wedding is so important that she is apparently entitled to use karen's time. honestly? in this case karen is actually being reasonable as far as i am concerned. so latrica is getting married. cool. that doesn't entitle her to more massages. karen rightfully paid for her time. and latrica is so worried about that karen got a discount on her massage. wouldn't latrica want that too? given that she has a rich fuck personality? oh and then out of nowhere this dude butts in and says we shouldn't be mad at each other. but we should be mad at the world.

hah lol yeah no. latrica so badly wants her massage. but karen is determined to get her time. latrica attempts to push karen into the pool but ends up running in herself. karma is a bitch right? man i am on a roll here! i'm sure my time at foodzone will be a piece of cake! now here's where things get... weird? okay so this game was released in 2020? you know what else was released in 2020? the world going to shit. and when the world was going to shit, people had to do this thing called wearing masks. i'm not against having to wear one but why the hell would a dinky little convenience store, spa, and cafe not require one but the essential business here does? seems ironic doesn't it? of course the idea of wearing a mask doesn't bode well with our karen here. the store offers to sell her a pack for a single dollar... hey she can use the dollar she saved on the chips for the pack of masks. but karen still won't budge. she claims it's a "medical condition" that she can't wear a mask. when karen calls our store employee a whore... yikes... who would say such a thing. then again i did select that option. but a simple question to karen of "who hurt you?" causes a deep memory to play within her mind. guess karen used to be an employee of a big corporate company. we see her sitting trying to finish up some accounts when her boss comes in. smug and all. dare shit not go his way and his employees are just big time failures. mr. corporate is to be respected and everyone is to obey his orders. man what is it with corporate doopers feeling like they really are above all else? oh yeah, knocking over all the papers karen had nicely stacked wasn't necessary. so i guess this is what caused karen to become the woman she is today. she was treated like this and she wants others to feel her pain. and a simple mask i guess is such a violation of freedom. this was actually the first time i ended up filling karen's freakout meter all the way. oh and yeah she goes fucking crazy. people grab out their phones and karen is around beating everyone to a fucking pulp. but damn ain't she proud of it? this was the first place where i was not successful my first time around. and i'd have to end up retrying the scene. of course each try i retry, i have to go through that whole evil corporate scene over and over again.

if only i could be patient and select what i want to say instead of just picking the first option. eventually i do get the employee to just give up and let me shop without a mask. just as long as i keep distance. damn this town just gives karen everything huh? is she really that threatening? but even then, after all that, karen still can't get her frozen pizza because the store isn't carrying them at the moment. i swear she gets her way to just not get her way. feels like really only the spa is where she truly got what she wanted. and then foodzone is closed off after that. damn now where are people supposed to get groceries?

i guess we all have to start becoming farmers now.
